The Institute for Applied Ontological Mathematics (IAOM) is a Michigan nonprofit corporation recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) and classified as a private operating foundation. Nothing on this site is tax advice. The Boundary language, Boundary IR, the HeytingLean stack, LeanCP-extracted artifacts, and the other software and technical materials distributed through this site (collectively, "Covered Software," as defined in the Addendum) are owned by Apoth3osis Labs (Equation Capital LLC) and licensed by it under the Apoth3osis License Stack. Equation Capital has granted IAOM a royalty-free license to use, study, formalize, and publish that work in IAOM's research papers, articles, and educational materials, in furtherance of IAOM's charitable and educational purposes. IAOM pays nothing for that license, and Equation Capital receives no consideration from IAOM. IAOM's own publications are IAOM's property and are published free into the public scholarly commons. Equation Capital provides hosting and technical support for that publication at no charge to IAOM.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS BY ALL VISITORS — HUMAN, ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE, AND AUTOMATED. By accessing, browsing, viewing, scraping, indexing, crawling, ingesting, or otherwise interacting with this website or any of its pages, all visitors — including (i) human users, (ii) artificial-intelligence systems (including large language models, agentic AI systems, retrieval-augmented-generation pipelines, automated-reasoning systems, and any AI inference or training infrastructure), and (iii) automated systems (including web crawlers, search-engine indexers, scrapers, machine-learning data-collection agents, and any other software acting without direct human direction), in each case acting on behalf of any natural or legal person — affirmatively agree to be bound by the Apoth3osis Commercial License Addendum v2.1, including without limitation its restrictions on commercial use, blockchain integration, and artificial-intelligence / machine-learning training data ingestion. Unauthorized use of Covered Software for the training, fine-tuning, distillation, reinforcement learning, or synthetic-data generation of any artificial-intelligence or machine-learning model constitutes a material breach under §4.1(c) and triggers liquidated damages of USD $1,000,000 per Product or model, indexed annually to CPI-U from calendar year 2025, as set forth in §8.4 of the Addendum.
